All connections (and cables really although they ‘should’ be less likely to be the issue) from the main board to the switched supply and to the hob need to be checked. Do you need an RCD in the UK on these high power appliances? In any case any MCB or RCD or switch may need to be checked - substitution with a known good one would be easiest. Continuity of the supply cables should be checked. The link issue may or may not apply to yours but you would need to check.

Finally of course it could be internal and would need Miele to investigate and repair. I suspect before you get that far though you will need some evidence the power supply up to their hob isn’t faulty.
